"I have a 16 year old pup and have been turned away from other groomers due to his age. He is ver skittish and stresses easily. The young lady, and I’m sorry but I’ve forgotten her name was so gentle and patient with him. The last experience with grooming stressed him out so much he became very ill and I thought I was going to have to have him put down. He did rally and due to this experience it has been sometime since he had been groomed.,I couldn’t be more pleased with the service and care both Stewie and I received. I was excited seeing him groomed I forgot to tip the groomer. I feel bad about that. Is there someway I can remedy this. I do not drive so can’t go the store and see that she gets a tip. It’s the holiday season and I’m sure she would appreciate it just like I appreciate how she went out of her way to be kind and gentle to my old dog. Thumbs up to her."
"Neddie is always amazing with my dog Leni! He’s very timid, but she always makes him feel comfortable. And every time I pick up Leni, he looks great! The rest of the staff is always really friendly as well."
