"Do not take your dogs here. Horrible horrible HORRIBLE service. Not only have they messed up the cut, they have shaved one of my dogs so close that he has razor burn everywhere. He is completely traumatized. Staff is completely incompetent and have no idea what they are doing. They even wanted to charge an extra $10 for ‘bad behavior’ for my 14 year old Maltese who has been coming here for over 10 years (and during that time we have never even heard of such a fee). Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else. The trauma and the price for it IS NOT WORTH IT!"
"Don’t take your dog here for grooming!!!! Took my dog Rio this morning for grooming… When I went to pick him up, he could not open his eye… didn’t realize until I walked outside… I immediately went back inside and asked them what happened. They said he was like that when he got there, but there did try to put eyewash in his eye…. Which was a total lie!! Was able to see the vet next door there in the store. The Vet had to dye his eyes and checked for scratches, clean out his eyes with eyewash and give me some anabiotic’s to put in his eyes for the next couple days… the vet said he had severe soap burn in his eyes. Petsmart did pay the vet …. But the poor animal suffering there for hours… not to mention, I hate being lied to!!"
