"I received the best customer care from this location! Went in for a gift for someone and had no idea what I was looking for and I was helped right away, I just showed a picture and she took me directly to the feeder and gave me the option of it being gift wrapped or unwrapped. I was in and out in less than 5 minutes and she was extremely friendly and knowledgeable."
"What a cozy little shop! I went in for a bird feeder gift and spent more time than I originally planned. Gifts (even Texas themed gifts), feeders, all types of seed, indoor decor and everything for your backyard bird oasis. They even have a TV with a live webcam of birds at the Cornell Lab in New York. The staff are very friendly and helpful. When asked if I wanted a gift bag, I didn’t realize it would really be a true gift bag; tissue paper and all! Since I’m getting into birds more these days, I will definitely be back for more inspiration."
"Love this shop! The staff is super friendly and extremely knowledgeable. Perfect shop if you or someone you’re shopping for loves birds! They have all kinds of bird-feeders and some very unique jewelry. I bought these pyrrhuloxia earrings for my mom for her birthday (she’s an avid birder). It’s so tempting to keep them for myself!! The earrings were beautifully gift wrapped :)"
"This is a comfortable neighborhood-centric store that we've been patronizing for years. Staff are always friendly and knowledgeable, even on busy weekends. The owner is often working - he lives in the area and has hands-on experience with the products being sold. They showed us how to attract the birds we'd like to see using specific feeders and feed. Over the years they've provided guidance and parts when needed to maintain items we purchased. Our children grew up visiting this store and it was not uncommon for them to meet an ornithologist willing to answer questions. It seems like there's something for everyone here. We appreciate the national brand and product quality paired with local expertise and friendly service."
