"I was treated badly. The girl who took the appointment did not listen when I explained how I wanted the haircut. They charged me 80 for a bad cut, they didn't cut my nails and the bathroom was so-so. when trying to speak with my poor english they didn't want to listen to me, they didn't do anything to correct the mistakes. They discriminated me and ignored me. They don't care about customers or pets, I feel like all they want is money. in fact they took a lot of money from me for a lousy job. they don't really deserve a star that's too much to rate such poor service. "The ladies were amazing! This was my dogs 1st time in she was not having it! The grooming associates and the store pet trainer helped and gave lots of advice on how to make my dogs more comfortable And ready for their appointment. I feel that words cannot describe how helpful they were and how thankful I am."
"My fur baby and I love the staff at this location's grooming, but the latest visit was not really up to the high standard we have always received. They seemed to be over booked and/or understaffed. Also I asked for them to perform/not perform specific items on the grooming list and this time my instructions were not followed. We will still come back, but next time I will stress more my instructions. UPDATE: Since this visit the service has been A+ everytime, my furbaby loves the current staff, especially Dorian."
