"The staff were very helpful and pleasing but the grooming it self turned out to be VERY DISAPPOINTING. They were suppose to only trim Willow down but they totally transformed my baby .She looks nothing like herself(a mess). Furthermore, they charged me $15 to simple give her 2 half of sprays of this calming solution. This is a total rip off ,the bottle of calming spray cost $15 ."
