"My Wife and I adopted a cat thru HOPE/Petco. The adoption experience was well organized and wonderful. We had selected several cats online and made an appt. thru HOPE with a foster family to meet one of the cats that we selected. We fell in love with cat immediately that we first selected and made the commitment to give it a good home. Once we committed, we needed to purchase the needed items to accomodate our new family member and Petco had everything on sight that we needed. We got assistance from knowledgable staff that helped guide us with our purchases. Thank you, Petco for helping to make this a memorable experience!"
"Do not get your dog groomed here. They injured my dogs cornea. Unfortunately, it required a trip to the ER Vet, where they did a stain test in his eye to confirm what had happened. Anyway, 300$ later, antibiotic drops, pain meds and a cone, my dog will be just fine. I just personally feel stupid for letting my dog come here for service. The worst thing is, I only scheduled a bath, and they decided to "clean up" his eyes. Im not sure there is anything Petco can do because I did sign a waiver, but they didn't disclose to me what happened which is unfortunate. The best I can do is a 1 star review and start taking my dogs elsewhere."
"This is a very good Petco. Clean, kind and attentive staff. I take my little dog here for the "Mini Make Rover" which is a tremendous deal for $25."
"I love this store. They have so many different and excellent brands available for my dog and my turtle. The store is always clean which is a plus. Also the people that work here are very kind and are extremely patient with the occasional argumentative customers."
