"Literally had the worst experience, went in @6:24pm to purchase a hamster, walked around getting supplies for the new pet I was wanting to purchase. Waiting by the hamsters waiting for a employee to assist me so I can make my way to the register, after waiting for more than 20 minutes I walk up to the register and ask the women that was there, some chunky women with fake looking highlights if she could assist me on getting the hamster I wanted and she proceed to say “no” and when I asked her as to why she said “no” she said we close @7 and it was about 6:49 when I asked for her I explained that I was waiting for help and no one came, so again I asked if she could help me and she continued to say no, I explained to her that the last time I came to this same Petsmart to purchase a live pet they helped me even if it was close to closing time and she just shrugged me off and proceed to say that it was 6 minutes to closing time. So instead of arguing with me and telling me no she really could’ve just assisted me. It’s crazy how lazy and how rude people at this Petsmart are, definitely not okay."

"Had a great experience. Went there for my new adopted dog. Cashier helpful Another employee gave me advice for my dogs soft stool and brought the pumpkin puree to me! Guess all customer service ISN'T dead!!"

"I’ve been coming here since i first got my dog. (Almost 4 years ago) Joined the bandfield hospital, got my dogs needs from here, came to the groomers regularly. In all my years I’ve never been so disappointed in customer service or organization in a business especially this one. Just definitely lost a customer. The black grooming lady in the back had a full attitude and it was a huge lack of communication and organization on their part. Very disappointed. Will never use this grooming salon again. Thanks for the service in the past years but I’m done. Highly offended"

"Worst experience, I literally been contemplating on making this review for like a month now (my appointment was June27). I have a shih-poo his appointment was at 2pm now I did indeed show up 15 mins late but I still see no reason why he was not done until 9:30pm! When I arrived at 8pm my dog looked the exact same way as he did when I dropped him off, he was cleaned but nothing was done cutting wise. Oh but when she got to cutting my dogs hair OMFG! Lol it looked like Edward Scissor hands got to my poor dog. She shaved nothing of his body but she chopped the hair on his head upp!! The pics added are Before his cut, during the cut, and AFTER!!! And you tell me if you think that job was worth 7hours and $75 !!"

"Thank you to the grooming staff. Mona ( I think that correct, sorry in advance ) had my baby Deuce looking so handsome. I was very happy . I adopted him from my sister. Unfortunately, she couldn’t keep dogs at her new home. The staff was great. Great experience thank you."
