"They literally robbed me of $180. Links weren't sending and the screen went black and they charged those as no shows. I even had correspondence with my therapist when this happened. Do not go to this place. They will steal your money."

"During initial meeting was told to sign paperwork I didn't have time to read. Turns out each session was almost $300 none of which my insurance covered. I did not realize this until the first bill came a MONTH after I started going. On top of this the therapist simply suggested I change my thought patterns by imagining them leaving on clouds and journaling. $1,400 down the drain and I'm worse off now because of this place. Avoid."

"Billing is the only problem with Life Thrive. They do have fantastic caring counselors. But the billing is a bit on the shady side. One day there were 3 different transactions in amounts of over $100. Give credit card information with caution."

"I had the TMS treatment here for anxiety. Even the doctor said that this isn't actually how the treatment should go. He should be discussing my anxiety during the treatment but to just think about anxious situations to activate the same part of my brain. Ultimately the treatment didn't work. No surprise but whatever. I received invoices showing a $0 balance and then months after treatment received bills for each session. I responded multiple times saying why do I have a balance now? NO RESPONSE! Then I get a call and letter from collections! After numerous emails and calls (which were never returned) of trying to discuss with no response from them, they turned it into collections. I DO NOT recommend them at all."

"I am not someone who typically writes negative reviews, but I feel like if there's a chance to help people avoid what I am currently dealing with, I have a responsibility to share. I would highly advise against coming here for treatment unless you want to experience client abandonment with no warning (not once, but twice!). As if that isn't enough of a great experience, you can also expect to receive statements after every session showing that you owe a $0 balance, only to receive a bill for thousands of dollars SEVEN MONTHS after your last session and to get sent to a collection agency. Throughout this entire experience I never received any notification in person, phone, email, or physical mail that there were any problems with my insurance or billing, or else I would have stopped going because I make minimum wage and could not afford the $240 per session. In fact, after my second therapist abandoned me (like three months after my father died by the way), I specifically asked if things with my insurance were fine because I wanted to avoid any situations such as this and was told YES that everything was fine. Obviously it was a mistake to trust the various online statements sent directly from them and their employees' word. If you cannot trust them to communicate with you regarding accurate billing, how can you trust them with your mental health? I can only speak from my own experience, but I wouldn't wish this experience on anyone."
