"My children and I hadn’t been here in quite some time. I was disappointed to see how much it had gone down. They no longer have waitresses, it’s computer kiosk ordering only now inside. Which is fine I guess if you know how to use it. They were not very busy when we went there, just a few tables had people at them. We had trouble finding a clean table to sit at though. The dining area and restroom were pretty dirty. Our burgers were delivered to us cold. We waited over 20 minutes for shakes and when I went to the front to ask for them, I saw the workers just standing around talking in the back. They did quickly make the shakes and bring them out after I asked. Overall Very disappointing experience!"
"Service was terrible, bathrooms were absolutely disgusting.. I had even asked them to clean up the woman’s so I could personally use it. I waited until after I ate to go back to the restrooms and they were still the same way. Urine was all over the toilet seats and floor along with toilet paper.. food was cold, the entire place was a huge mess.. I never rate a place but this just took me by surprise.. very disappointed. My entire family was disgusted. We spend over 60.00 in food and it was a total waste. Never again."
"I don’t know if it’s corporate policy or what but there are no cashiers kiosk orders only and that’s irritating when you order for four. You have to scan a barcode for drinks with no explanation. First time I’ve ever experienced that. The ketchup dispenser is horrible. You have to wait at least a full minute between pumps. The men’s room was gross. If I would have been by myself I would have turned around and walked out. Horrible"
"Ate here today at around 3pm for dine-in and let me tell you, this location rocks!! My burger was phenomenal, the fries were crispy and fresh, and the shake was awesome too. Not to mention that the service was incredibly fast! Will definitely be coming back here again and again!! 2 burgers, 2 sets of fries, 2 huge shakes and a drink for less than $20 after tax and tip is AWESOME, especially for being such high quality too!"
