"One of your workers accused two innocent people of stealing tonight around 8:30pm. She was shorter young woman and was highly unprofessional. Whoever is in charge of this location needs to address this situation before you end up with a lawsuit. Edited to add: Tonight I went into your store and Ayri was the young woman who falsely accused 2 people of stealing. She was highly unprofessional and extremely combative. I will be contacting my lawyer in regards To the false accusation and the treatment we received tonight."

"This specific DG hasn’t had air conditioning in the building for more than 3 years. Anytime you go to shop here, prepare to be miserable. They tell the employees that they can “sit down on the clock and get multiple free waters each shift” that’s their idea of making the situation bearable. I have reported this to the BBB and have reported it to corporate as well. There is no reason in hell why people should have to work in these extreme summer temperatures while barely getting paid minimum wage. The other DG in Marion has a porta potty in front of their store and that’s where the employees and customers are supposed to go? I know this company makes more than enough money to provide basic human rights to not only their customers but also the people who work hard to make the business their money"

"The gals that work in this store are great. Compared to other dollar stores in Southern Illinois, this one manages to keep up with their freight better, keeping the carts full of inventory mostly out of the aisles. I would consider this my "home" store and frequent quite often. Pictured is a lady in the parking lot so excited to get into the store that she couldn't be bothered with finding an actual parking lot."

"First let me say that the young man working was friendly and willing to help me find an item I couldn't locate. That being said, The air conditioning unit was broken (and has been for at least 2 weeks). They had a few portable units trying to cool the building but it was still so miserable inside that I was uncomfortable shopping and left without getting a few things I needed. I won't go back until I know it's more comfortable to shop."
