"Had to return a dress that my daughter decided not to wear. Returning the item was simple. Since the dress was purchased with cash, I asked for cash back. The registers must not keep cash because I was asked to go to the service desk with my voucher to receive the cash. Not a big deal because it took me through the store and I saw some really good sales."

"3* may be a little generous. Customer service was terrible. The first sales lady I approached today was more interested in reading her book than doing my return. She tried sending me to dresses and then sent me to hand bags where I patiently waited about 15 minutes for the customer in front of me. I’m still shaking my head!!"
