"They were fast and courteous. I got all the help I needed and the cost was competitive. I will use FedEx again."
"My niece had a package overnighted. The next day, nobody delivered. They had said they tried and nobody was home. They tried again on Friday. Again, they said nobody was home. The funny thing about that. I work from home, my neice was home. And we have a video doorbell. No attempt at delivery was made and I can provide receipts for it. On Friday, both my wife and I were working from home, and my niece was home. My wife's office has a perfect view of our driveway. No attempt at delivery was made and again our video doorbell has proof of it. Exasperated, I went to the shipping center on Saturday to do an in person pickup. I learned there our driver's name was "Dorian". So Dorian, should you happen upon this review, maybe next time consider that the person you didn't even try to give the package to has a video doorbell with motion alerts to prove you never showed. Thanks for nothing, FedEx. You wasted my niece's money and my time. Horrible service."
"If I could give 0 stars I would. Terrible service. We paid for Next Day Delivery and were expecting the package to arrive yesterday, it didn't arrive. So we thought surely today it will since it showed it was "on vehicle for delivery, out of Amarillo, TX" at 8:45am. It is now 9:45pm and I tracked it again and it says Delayed due to business closed! It was a residental address NOT a business! They didnt even try to deliver it!"
"Make sure you get your receipt for prepaid shipping returns because if they lose it, there’s nothing that anyone there or anywhere in the company can do for you without that drop-off receipt number, even with the prepaid shipping return tracking number. FedEx is so segmented to their own detriment that when something goes wrong, no one can help, it seems. Really nice managers, but they are powerless to do anything at all."
