"The service was good. My tacos were perfect adequately portioned. My only complaint was the fries definitely need to be cooked longer even during a rush."

"While the service at the counter was pretty good and accurately put through, the people making the food didn't actually make it as I requested. I just wanted a bean burrito, easy on the beans, with no onions and) the move that day and was so disappointed when I finall y did stop 6⁶"

"First we were informed by the Hispanic lady that we had to order via kiosk. We had wanted to pay cash & were not allowed to pay at the counter. She stated they were shorted handed. The drive through orders were prioritized over the in store orders. Then our order was ready almost 20 mins after we ordered & put into the mobile order place without drinks. My husband saw it placed & went to see if it was ours & if not to ask when it would be ready. He saw it did have our name but no drinks. He asked about the drinks. After roughly 5 mins of back & forth with the Black female she allowed him to have the order & roughly handed him a single cup. We had 3 drinks in our order. He asked for the other 2 cups, which were thrown his direction. When we were waiting another customer was given the wrong order & asked them to remake the order and they called the cops on her! Also the women's restroom was clogged & there was a sticky substance on the toilet seat. Nasty!"

"So my family and I went to taco bell for a late night dinner. We will not be back at all for one we was missing four items put of are bag. So I call them an let them know I was missing the items and Austin put me on hold to take to another manager name James mind you they said they put it in the bag and never did we got 2 five layer burritos, 1 beef crunchy taco was supposed to be 2, never got the cinnamon twist, we got 2 pepsi, 1 beef chalupa, 1seasoned fries 1 nacho dip 1 bean burrito we also didn't get the beefy melt burrito. So I said that close to 10 dollars Austin said no more like 5 dollars there is nothing where going to do because we know we put it in there. NICE JOB TACO BELL WITH UR MANAGEMENT ILL NEVER BE BACK KEEP THE 5 DOLLARS WORTH OF FOOD IN THIS MESSED UP WORLD WE LIVE IN!"

"Disappointing every time. I'm not sure how this place has a higher rating. The service is never good. They do not pay attention to details. Why even ask about hot sauce if you're going to put whatever you want in the bag? I've had random trash placed in the bag. Old receipts that wernt even mine. A used wet straw. Like what?? Perhaps assess mental status and capabilities before hiring staff. If the worker is too distracted then it's hard to run a drive through and even harder to work the line. You have to do better."
