Panera Bread

"The food was good. The service was good. But the thing that struck us as odd was considering how new the building is, it had many obvious problems. The entrance door drug on the floor with a loud screech. It obviously had been doing it a long time by the damage to the floor. The sink in the woman's restroom was coming off the wall.. it had signs of caulking crumbling. The floor had several holes as if railing post had been moved and holes not filled."

"No employees. Management on duty ignores customers. pay is way below liveable. First lemonade killing people and now this? Y'all lost a customer. In the staff you do have are sick and sneezing all over the bagels and coughing on the cookies. Which why they're unwrapped is beyond me."

"This place COULD be great. It SHOULD be great. However, it isn't. I don't blame the staff one bit for this either. Their owners are not paying them. If they aren't being paid and treated fairly, I can not see how they could take pride in their work, ensuring the orders are correct, timely, and as yummy as they should be. Due to their current work conditions, none of the above is being accomplished. Their owners, EYM Group are doing their employees and Amarillo a disservice and should be held accountable. I will return to this location once they have righted their wrongs and have PAID THEIR EMPLOYEES!"

"Food is great. But atmosphere is not what expected. No cashier. Order from kiosk, only 2 of 3 were working. Even though I ordered dine-in, my order was given to me in a bag. I ordered soup in bread bowl, Bread wasn't even wrapped in plastic,just put in paper bag with cup of soup; however, it was precut to add soup easily. Dining room was clean and large, but strange to have no employees around. This place could be great with more employees and change of atmosphere."

"The only reason this place is getting 1 star is because zero stars wasn’t an option. We waited through the drive through for about an hour and was dissatisfied and disappointed with the quality of this overpriced food. I ordered an avocado sandwich thinking it would be loaded and tasty from the picture on the menu and what i got back was mostly bread and barely any of what is in the middle of the sandwhich. When i looked through the drive through window, I noticed it was mostly high school kids goofing around and taking their sweet time. The wait time and price i paid was not worth me coming back and giving panera any of my business. Not to mention, my mom ordered a salad and they did not supply us with any utensils or napkins. The service was horrible and the workers acted as if they did not care. This place either needs new workers or needs to be under new management. It was overrated and i was unsatisfied with what i paid for. On positive note, the green goddess dressing is tasty."
