"Groomers are nice but the problem is with grooming hours. Although it opens from 8 am their front door register is not open until 9 am and we need to wait until 9 am to pay. Need improvements in this area."
"Took my dog for bath and nails; the salon employee I dealt with was incredibly rude. By time my dog was checked I was nervous about leaving him in her care. I paid extra ($12) to have his nails buffed; it was obvious she did not buff my dog's nails. They were rough and straight versus smooth; if she did buff them, she did a terrific job. I was also charged a "supply fee" of $6; shouldn't shampoo be included in pricing? Please use caution if you plan on taking your pet to the salon at this location."
"Came in for SELF washing and they refused us without shot records. Why do you need records if I’m washing my own dog?"
"Came in for the first time since they recently opened. I really like more modern look of Petco. Everything was clean and the staff was friendly. I will say that it feels like it's more geared to the common pets (dogs, cats, and fish), although of course they did have members of the rodent family. As some one with guinea pigs though I would have wish for more items available for them."
