"I would give them a rating of 0 stars! The veterinarian was very judgmental upon me visiting and assuming what was wrong with my dog vs listening to me, it’s care giver. She also stated she wasn’t concerned with my pets’ eye, which was the ONLY reason why I scheduled same day regardless of the location. I do not live in the area, but wanted him to be seen immediately. She was very dismissive towards the end when I denied blood work from this facility. I have left a review for this location everywhere I can as she was highly inappropriate, not personable and dismissive. I would NEVER visit nor recommend Petco ever!"
"The haircut is horrible, and so is the service. We took our dog here for the first time a while ago, and he returned home with the exact cut we asked for, under the care of a wonderful woman who left the company. The second time we took him, however, was not as fortunate. He was placed under the care of Shelby S, and we requested a short cut of 3/4 inches. He came back patchy and nicked. It was clear that wherever there was tangled hair she had just shaved rather than trying to brush it. Before we could utter a word about his state, Shelby started being incredibly passive aggressive and rude. Our dog returned home shaky and scared. We have taken him to groomers in the past and he has never been like this."
"I had to return a Christmas gift (dog coat) that did not fit well. It covered the male dog's bits so he couldn't do his business without it getting wet. It was more a "female" dog coat style. AJ the cashier was very helpful, and able to process the return promptly for me."
"I have 3 dogs and a cat so I need to visit a pet store often. Not only is this location conveniently located, the staff is always attentive and nice. I recently took all 3 of my dogs to get groomed by Emily and Shelbe and they both did great jobs on my Australian Shepherds! I would recommend this location to others."
"Grooming experience the worst. Something told me not to bring my mini doodle here. Literally stopped grooming my dog mid-service..did not do his face but completely shaved his entire body except the parts that didn’t know how to do. If you do not know how to groom them this is not your profession. 3 customers left yesterday with partial grooming and out dogs look completely a mess. My dog has patches of hair all over him. I literally left in tears from what they did.stay away"
