At Journey To Grace Counseling, we are dedicated to helping individuals transform their lives. Life can be challenging, and we understand the need for support during difficult times. Our experienced therapists specialize in anxiety and stress management, depression treatment, and trauma recovery. We offer a variety of evidence-based counseling services, including cognitive-behavioral therapy, dialectical behavior therapy, and acceptance and commitment therapy.
We also offer unique therapy approaches such as Eye Movement Desensitization & Reprocessing for trauma treatment and outdoor therapy sessions to help our minds get "unstuck" when discussing challenging issues. Our Christian or Faith therapy sessions combine spirituality and Biblical concepts into the traditional therapeutic process to facilitate change.
