"Very caring group. Honest and leveled with me regarding my sweet furface. Wanted only good things for her and us. When I let them know she passed, they were truly sorry for our loss. We will continue to use this facility for our pets. Very hard to find such caring people."

"We used them when my dog passed and we had her cremated. Would give 5 stars but the name was wrong on the box her ashes were in. I'm sure it was a misunderstanding though."

"Disappointed. We have had a great relationship with Acton Animal for a while. Today we called to have routine vaccinations for our 16 year old dog. The receptionist was dismissive and rude. Apparently the clinic has so much business that we can't schedule a wellness visit until late September. No reason was given, they just said that they didn't care what the circumstances are, you will have to wait. When asked what can we do to get an earlier appointment, just silence. What about your other location on 144? We can't help you at either location, was the answer. I understand being understaffed. Routine vaccinations should not take a month to schedule. Poor customer service is not acceptable. A receptionist with no empathy is unacceptable. Very disappointing!"

"Everyone there is so kind...and extra caring with my dogs. They are a "No Fear" clinic.... I'll attest to it. My female would have to be held by 3 or 4 techs to clip her nails elsewhere, at Acton one tech sat on the floor talking to her, keeping her distracted and the other would use the clippers parallel to the floor and clip...might only get one or two at a time but my girl never got stressed and enjoyed all the attention. "They’re great with my kiddos. They’re so attentive to their needs and I’m grateful for them helping with my babies skin allergies and putting him on meds that are able to control the itch Update: so I had one emergency with my male Great Pyrenees mix and unfortunately they weren’t open at the time but their emergency line lead me to an emergency hospital to get my boy taken care of. And I was very happy to hear from acton the following day to ask how ace was doing or if they needed to get him in. Had another emergency the other day with my girl Pyrenees with her third eyelid being more visible than it should be and her shaking, they got us in right before close to check on her and to make sure she was okay. And again, checked on her the following day. Very happy and impressed with acton and it makes me feel good knowing they genuinely care about my furbabies well-being. Definitely appreciative of the time they put into my babies."
