"Friendly staff but not prepared or coordinated in the communication required when managing patient care. Highly inefficient and greatly disorganized. Disappointing and anxiety producing to experience this same situation twice. Expect a long wait for a scheduled appointment because of this chaos. I hope that this is just a phase and the service and patient care improves soon. The physician’s care is stellar. What surrounds this is disheartening."
