"Picked up my dog and she had blood, called and they changed the story and tried to gaslight. Please don’t take your pets for grooming and board. The gentleman is nice and will explain the situation, his wife will insult you and will lie to you."
"Have had some pretty bad experiences at other groomers but this one is the best! My dog Mila gets anxious about going to groomers because of her previous experiences and gets rattled up easily but everytime I take her here she comes back happy and looking great! She loves her groomer Juan and he does a very good job at updating you and educating you more about your dogs breed and special care that's needed. Super happy with this place, will be taking Mila here forever."
"If I could rate it 0 stars, I would! In different occasions (3) to be exact I took my dogs here for some grooming when my trusted groomers didn’t have space in their schedule. Every time SOMETHING would happen, and they don’t own up for their actions. 1 occasion they over cut my baby’s nail, different occasion they used a different (probably cheap) shampoo and gave my dog a rash when I had taken her before and never got a rash… Paid an extra fee for her shedding (which I don’t mind) but you could notice they didn’t even do anything extra… I would take my babies in at 9AM, they wouldn’t give them back to me until 4-5PM! Exposed to a kennel all day when her appointment was a 9AM!! And let’s not talk about their customer service because it’s non-existent, lady that takes down the appointments is rude and seems like she doesn’t like her job, I understand everyone has bad days, but every time?! To top it all off, last time I took my pug in to this horrendous place, she was sad all day and scratching like there was no tomorrow (not normal for her). If you really care about your dog’s well-being, would not recommend to take your fur babies here!"
