"I have been coming here for the last two years. And I don't regret changing groomers. One of the reasons I changed groomers was price the last place I was going to. I was paying about $115 for both of my small dogs here. I pay about 50 to 60 dollars, which is a huge difference in price, and I love how the groomer has Lalit of experience in grooming dogs."

"I’ve called many times to schedule an appointment but no one answers so I had to text them through messenger. Everything was going smoothly, they made me an appointment for the next day. I arrived 15 mins before the appointment, tried calling and texting again to inform them we were outside and no one answered again! Why have phone numbers if no one is going to answer? It isn’t the first time this happens to us."

"Very bad service. My dog had an appt for 9:30 and we arrived at 9:20. We never got a call that he was ready. We went to check and they said soon. We went back again later and the man said there 2 dogs ahead of ours!. Now he said it wouldn't be til 3pm, maybe!!. We had taken our dog before a couple of times and everything was well and fast. The new people are not proffesional."

"I've been taking my pup here for a few months now it's my first time ever doing this for my pet and she always looks neatly groomed and smells good when I pick her up.They take their time and do everything you ask for. I know she likes it here and I would say the man that works here is doing a great job. I believe they do only take cash but that is no problem as that is just their method of payment. I'm definitely not interested in looking nowhere else."
