"Have you ever walked into a store already frustrated because their customer service failed on the phone? Isn’t it nice when the store understands your frustration and emphatically helps? Well don’t expect that at this store. Walked in. Two salesmen sitting at back of store. Neither looked interested in helping, much less greeting a customer. And it only got worse when the manager (Vincent) stepped in. With arms folded and annoyed, he was rude and disrespectful. Never entering there again."

"I had a wonderful experience today at the Verizon store in New Lenox, IL. An associate named Paul greeted me at the front door and helped me set up my new Apple phone; he also linked my apple watch. He was knowledgeable and very patient. I appreciate the good service that I received."
