"I contacted Mrs.Ricker law firm and spoke with Celeste to whom I explained my case and she told me my case was complicated but still she gave me an appointment through phone because I live 10 hours far from their office, Well the time of the appointment arrived and I called them,One of the receptionist told me they were behind because they were in a conference and told ne they were going to call ne,my appointment was at 10 a.m and they called ne till 2 p.m to see if I still wanted to keep an appointment with them at 4 p.m,Well I spoke with Mrs Ricker and she asked many questions and asked me to send some documents through e-mail to Celeste and that they were going to review them and call me back ,a week later I called Celeste to talk to her and see if she received my documents, Well she wasn't available and the receptionist told me she sent her an e-mail letting her know I called, Well it has been months and they never called me to let me know if they were going to take my case and since they already knew it was a complicated case and decided to moved my appointment from.10 a.m to 4 p.m it because they didn't wanted to let go of those $100 dollars they charge for the first consultation, I am so disappointed of how so unprofessional they are,They never called me back,they never answered any questions about the documents they made me send to them,honestly they got paid for nothing, at least a call to tell me "Hey we won't be able to take your case,you need to hire another attorney or something." NO RECOMIENDO A ESTA ABOGADUCHA QUE SOLO COBRA POR SU PRIMERA CONSULTA PERO NO ACLARA DUDAS NI RESPONDE PREGUNTAS,YO MANDE DOCUMENTOS IMPORTANTES,CONFIDENCIALES PARA QUE ME ACLARARAN MIS DUDAS Y NINGUNA DE ELLAS FUE RESPONDIDA,AH PERO SI COBRARON LOS $100 POR HACER NADA Y ESO ES QUITARLE EL DINERO A LAS PERSONAS Y ES LO MISMO QUE ROBAR,UNA TAL CELESTE SECRETARIA DE ESTA ABOGADA SE PRESTA PARA ESTE TIPO DE COSAS Y NO SON PROFESIONALES Y NO TOMAN LOS CASOS EN SERIO,COBRAN POR NO HACER NADA....ESTOY. MUY DECEPCIONADA DE ESTE LUGAR DE QUINTA."
