"I went in at 6:25pm on a week day. I was hesitant to come in because I had just been released from the hospital due to a stroke I had a few days ago. Hilary went above and beyond to make sure I was able to fulfill my Amazon returns. She took charge of the office when everyone else wanted to leave, she was determined to help me in any way she could. She helped me remain calm despite my anxiety, and was so eager to help me in any way she could. I’m sorry it took so long to write this. My memory hasn’t been so good since. People like Hilary are few and far between. She is caring and a natural born leader. I humbly request that you strongly consider her for promotion, or at the very least a raise! Hilary is absolutely incredible and well deserving of massive recognition for all she does!!"
