"It was not that great. The rides, and play area looked very outdated and worn out. It was noticeable. In addition, the fans blowing the balloons were full of dust and when I looked up at the ceiling I screamed inside. It looked like a giant grey dark cloud made of dust just covering the ceiling. I was concerned that my toddler and baby were inhaling some of these dusty particles. There was a height restriction in place that the employees were extremely adamant about enforcing. Which I get, it’s their job. We were invited here for a birthday party and unfortunately, my school age son was 2 inches too tall to be able to play in the playground. So just keep that in mind if planning to book a birthday party here. It is definitely only designed for toddlers! We will not be coming back anytime soon. I would prefer a place that all my children can enjoy."

"honestly I thought it was an amazing party. My host was absolutely phenomenal. She made the room exactly how I can imagine it. The balloon arch was amazing and it was. She was also so helpful. She offered to do so many things for me and even offered to cut my cake for me and always asked if we needed anything! She was polite and respectful and introduced herself immediately when I arrived. They offered a optional pre decorated party room customized of your choice! I highly recommend this party place especially the additional party theme package. It is worth the money trust me.!!!it was our first time here and my daughter had an amazing second birthday also my 4 year old couldn't stop playing. It is safe for babies and also toddlers I highly recommend if you need birthdays for your little ones! Thank you so much (it's a little hard to find but if you are wondering it's in the lowest floor of the mall by the big Primark sign!)"

"Kids had fun. As the adult I can say the place gets crowded. Floor and counters very sticky, no employees supervising play area. Men walking in and out of the women’s bathroom was the worst of it all. Kids will be kids lots of pushing around nose picking and stuff like that. Highly recommend bringing your our hand sanitizer and keeping eyes on kids and supervise bathroom breaks. No man should be using the women’s bathroom when there is a men’s room there as well!!"

"Clean and bright color theme/play /equipments. Party room and a small cafe. Our little one had a great time there . Only saw 2 staffs during our time there and they were friendly . Worth the money."

"This place is awesome for toddlers and babies. I absolutely love bringing my daughter here. I don't have to worry if she fall or hit herself, everything is padded. They have a lot of obstacles for kids, my daughter loves playing here with other kids. Also they have free coffee every day, there is a small snack stand where you can purchase something for your kid. Place is very clean and staff is very friendly and helpful."
