"Quite literally late at least 4 out of 5 times a week. Call everyday to find the time they are going to show up. No response from their leadership team. My bus time is 6:41 and it's now 7:07 and they are still not here, Very common. Non managment People are kind though and a pleasure to talk to."
"My grandson is special needs transportation an never had any problems with his transportation this school year his bus is late every single day but today was the worst situation the driver pass my house and when they realize they backup about 7 houses and drop him the next one after mine was not that long the regular bus has drop students and was not safe. They was suppose to go around and drop him the proper way not back up 7 houses that unsafe and dangerous."
"It’s impossible to get a hold of the person I’m trying to reach. Every morning, I have a congregation of kids waiting to be picked up for school that take up my lawn, porch area. I have to ask these kids to move just so I can back my car out of the garage so I can leave for work. I have children of my own and these kids are quite loud and on my private property. Not to mention, if something were to happen to one of them, I’m afraid I could be held liable. I’ve contacted Denton ISD to fix this, and no one will return my calls."
"Horrible my daughter was bullied today first day of school on the bus kids having to stand up with no seat being recorded by other students pushed around. nothing being done about it I’m reporting to the state #bus 124"
"Rude nasty people. My kids bus Continuously makes my children late to school. On several occasions they have to wait over an hour for the bus to arrive for the return trip home. If you try to call to speak with somebody regarding your concerns they are rude and inconsiderate!"
