"This is an update to a post I made a week ago regarding an old gift card that I tried to use a couple of weeks ago. After a misunderstanding regarding the gift card that I was told was out dated and therefore unusable...Luke Chandler (The Manager) went out of his way to correct the error. He sent me a deeply apologetic email as well as a voice mail. To correct the misunderstanding, he honored the gift card as well as discounted the product that I was interested in. To top it all off, in order to make it convenient for me, he went out of his way to deliver the product to my work! Luke was very professional and handled the situation with outstanding character.
