"Great place for kids BUT it smells HORRENDOUS! Maze, climbing, motorcycle riding, sliding, ball pit. You definitely have to follow your toddler around. Hazardous hole under a cap in the floor that kids kept on picking up and exposing. In and out entry which is great. $19.99 per child, adults enter free."

"This past August marked the very 1st time my wife & I took our boys here who are 2 going on 3 and 8 years old and they both loved it. Indoor playgrounds are essential in areas like Chicago where the summers can get pretty hot and brutal in the winter to where it can significantly limit a child's play. But even when it's nice outside, my boys still love playing indoors. Kids Empire is a joy to have and keeps my boys busy for hours. Definitely a great place for young kids' birthday parties. I'm aware that my wife took our boys a 2nd time here within a month one weekend when I had to work so they're obviously becoming addicted to this place. Great fun at reasonable prices that's not too bad of a hike from our house in Beach Park in NE Lake County. I'm aware that a location in Mundelein opened up fairly recently but if that location is smaller or if there's less playability for the kids then we'll stick to Palatine."
"Great place, and the staff was on top of everything for the party we went to. It was just very busy and crazy for the weekend we went. We were surprised because it was 72 degrees out and thought it was going to be a little less crowded. But this place is for sure a child happiness place. My only wish, and it was a big wish. Is that there was more adult supervision or cameras for parents to see what's going on in the higher levels of the jungle gym, it would be nice for parents or grandparents that can't climb around to see what's going on in the back oart of that place."
"Big, New, clean indoor playground. The restrooms were clean too. The workers were nice and polite. About $20+ tax for kid and they can play all they want (no time limit) two adults are allowed with each paying child. There are multiple games they can choose from. The slides are huge and safe. Shoes are not allowed (which is amazing!) There are bins where you put your shoes and take them to a cubicle. There are small lockers as well. Not many but there are. We will be back."
