"Go zone driver Marcus refused the gozone passes due to the fact that gozone has no payment options for passes just cash or card I am very frustrated due to the fact just trying to get across town to pick up girlfriends meds and all so this needs to be addressed with the drivers and staff asap"

"Terrible company with god awful drivers. Had a gozone moron enter a Turn Left lane at the red lights today, lights turn green, guy decides to merge oncoming traffic with out signaling and nearly caused an accident. Almost as if this company only hires anyone with little to no driving skills whatso ever."
"Sad to have to give this review, as I love the A Train. Gozone is a horrible service. We tried to set up for my daughter to come visit us through Gozone and when we were able to set it up, it said it would be 14 minutes. Five minutes later, we were getting a text stating they were about to leave. We texted her and she got to the driver as she was pulling off. My daughter waved, screamed and ran after her. The driver saw her and kept going. Horrid service. Would give zero stars if I could."
