"Terrible place to work...the company has literally fallen apart since the ownership transition about three years ago. Multiple quality supervisors, paramedics and EMTs have left or been fired. As a former Field Training Officer with this company we were asked obviously to train employees. Anytime we tried to do so it seems like our hands were tied and we could not start or complete the training. All they seem to want is two warm bodies in an ambulance. They don't care about the employee's skill level, experience, patient care or training. They just need a body! This company has gone from being motivated to provide the best patient care in the DFW metroplex to being motivated by money instead. I am so glad my employment with Sacred Cross EMS ended three years ago...it was truly a blessing. Sacred Cross definitely puts the MESS in EMS!"
