"HORRIBLE!!! I shop at many of the tjx stores across the peoria to chicagoland area, and this one by far is horrid. I went to make a return without a reciept (which is something i RARLEY DO, if ever) and i ask if the cashier can look up my trasnaction for the receipt, she says yes and she would need my ID for it, which i didnt think any of because like i said i RARLEY return without a receipt so pressumed it was to make sure it was me on the card i used. She rings it up and give me store credit and which i ask "does it not go back on the card?" And she says "well you didnt have a receipt" and i responded "but you said you could look it up for a receipt" she then ignores me and hands me a WARNING to not be able to return anything after this?!?! She says have a nice day and i walk out baffled. I then call the number to ask the company about my transactions and why i cant return anymore, so they send me a report on it, 3 RETURNS IN THE PASY YEAR FOR 46 DOLLARS!!!!!! and thats to much so i have to be cut off? And two of them were from the same place at the same day because my cashier was a rude moron. Horibble horibble ive spent easily 30-40 thousand dollars over the past few years, and im prosecuted for 46 dollars??? In which they got the merchandise back undamaged? Never again."
