"Incredible variety of interesting craft, art, and decor items. Prices are decent, with a few great deals on sale items. Cashier was pleasant and capable but the store itself seems understaffed. I looked around a couple times for an employee to help me but couldn't find one. In fact, I saw no employees there other than the cashier. This particular store has niether great location or good visibility from the street. There is plenty of parking available however, so that's nice."
"Good luck trying to get assistance on the phone, be prepared to wait at least a half hour while on hold. Tried calling several times throughout the day. Very poor customer service. I wanted to save myself some time and gas, by checking to see if they had a certain item in stock."
"In store shopping is preferred, you can see quality and availability of items. I had an order online but it is not prioritized regarding updating available items. So more than half of what I purchased online wasn't even available. If anything- more so during holidays. In store attendants are so kind inside and always willing to help out. Also noticed how professional management treated their attendants. Makes me want to come back. Great spot!"
"Good quick trip to get Scotch tape that turned into 30 minutes. Scotch tape is not in the aisle with tape. It is in home decor. Go figure the logic there. Even the workers didn't understand this."
"Cassie helped me matt a Classic Pooh picture I drew for a baby shower. I needed it by the next day. She was extremely helpful, patient, and fast - probably 10 minutes max after we picked out the colors. I was very pleased with the result (pictured) and was grateful for her help. If you need a piece matted, framed, or advice on both I highly recommend visiting Michael and talking to Cassie: she knows her stuff."
