"My order was correct for the salad. HOWEVER can your employees not read correct or do that have comprehension problems. The receipt clearly states one salad with ranch and one with Cesar dressing. All I got was Cesar. Cesar makes me sick. Thanks for my lunch only being lettuce as I had to go back to work and not home so I couldn’t even access ranch which is why I ordered it."
"Very high prices as far as fast food goes. But the food was good. Not good enough to charge so much, but oh well. I chose the place."
"Placed a mobile order for pickup so i would have time to grab my food, get back to work and eat within the 30 min I get. Got there and waited for about 10 min before inquiring about my order. Was initially told it wasn't ready yet. Waited about another 5-7 minutes, asked again, they asked if I was sure that was the Wendys I ordered from for sure, and was told they put it on the counter and someone else most likely took it. They remade it and gave my friend a free frosty for waiting with me. Due to all their confusion I was late returning to work. Not my best experience."
"This location served legit raw chicken in 2 sandwiches and shorted food. We completed a survey last week Thursday, literally no one got back to us. My husband finally called the corporate office and whoever he spoke with was useless (didn’t take down any of his info correctly). Was told that a supervisor would call him in 10-15 mins, several hours went by without a call back, so we contacted the store directly on Tuesday). Someone claiming to be the store manager said they would look into it and call us back. Again; no call for several days. Finally called the store back today (Friday) and a man answered and said HE was the store manager, when my husband said he spoke to a woman who claimed to be the store manager he was transferred to said woman. She apologized and said her assistant manager was in the hospital (understandable but you had 3 days to get back to us) but jfc Wendy’s this was just the crappiest experience. No one seemed genuinely apologetic about the raw chicken either."
