"0 stars for food was accurate i ordered 2 steak chalupas and nacho fries nothing difficult. All the food was cold the steak was hard as hell and what wasnt tasted like dog food. I also received no cheese for my fries . this was the taco bell on 11th St in Rockford. I definitely dont suggest anyone eat there"
"No fail every time I go there and get anything I always ask for sour cream, or extra and I get none. Tonight me and my boyfriend got the same thing! Except he got extra jalapeño sauce on his. He had sour cream on his, clearly the one with extra sauce too. And mine had none. I’m a huge sour cream person so it makes me so mad it happens every time. Get it together"
"These ppl tried to real quick tell me the wrong price n gave my a receipt for a whole different order changing me like $7 extra n when I said something they acted like they fixed it but when you use a debit its gonna take days to come back so I had to take their word for it and wait... They didn't refund me."
"Best Taco Bell in Town. I go there once a week with friends and have lunch. I typically order online, dine in, and get great service. I made a mistake this last week and accidently ordered online at different taco bell (totally my mistake). The manager was super nice about my mistake and made my order anyway without charging me anything. Talk about awesome!!! I was prepared to pay and re-order. I recommend Taco Bell and especially this one. Great Taco Bell location. See you next week."
"Ordered very simple order 2 5$ classic combos no sour cream and both of the 5 layer burritos had sour cream. Kinda sad when it's on a screen right above where you make the food and still mess it up. Yes turned in a negative survey if they actually even get read. I even tried calling the store 2 times with no answer."
