"I'm rating the atmosphere a 1 here because of how the manager Becky handled the discrepancy at the window. The young employee who made the error handled himself they way the manager should have. Very professional and apologetic. I can't believe any company allows someone of position to talk to customers the way she just did me less than an hour ago. What happened to dignity and respect in America's drive-thru places? Another past American icon gone forever."
