"Twice I was waiting on prescriptions that they simply gave up on until I called and sorted out what the issue was. One of the issues was that one of the two medications the doctor called in was actually OTC, and this apparently threw them for a loop and they just didn't fill the prescription. Walgreens needs to properly staff their pharmacies."
"The pharmacy is incompetent. They get the size of a prescription wrong every time. They tell me the doctor has to call it in to fix it, which they did. Every time they tell me they fixed it and they don’t."

"I wish I could pick 0 stars. Very disappointed and angry when my pediatrician sent over a prescription for my 2 year old and when I get there I'm told that they can not give me a time line on when it will be ready that I have to wait for a text message. I asked if it was going to be ready tonight or 3 days maybe next week and the girl said she can not tell me. There are people that don't live and work in peoria so not being able to tell me any kind of time at all is frustrating."
