"This UPS store is the best location in Denton TX. Upon entering the store you are greeted by the staff. There is a shift lead named Hailey that will go above and beyond for the customer. The owners of this location most definitely have great taste in hiring the best candidates to serve their customers. I will be returning back to this location for all of my shipping needs. "The worst customer service. I have given this a location a try now 2 times and both horrible experiences. Just did a simple drop off and the woman behind the counter was snarky and rude. Her name tag read Hailey and she is a shift lead which shocks me with how poor her attitude is. I will never come back. I had a shipping label with two small items in their original shipping packaging for a return for Amazon and she was extremely condescending about the matter I had my items separate and not packaged in 1 box for her. She retorted again “it has to be in 1 box do you know how to do that”. Absolutely uncalled for remark and to add I’ve done multiple Amazon returns and that is apart of the conception returning to ups is they package it together to ship back to Amazon for you so I’m not sure if she isn’t trained in that aspect or just very unhappy working there. The employees here have the worst attitude, talk down to you like you’re stupid and not helpful. Avoid this location at all costs. They need to give extra training to their employees or clean house and start fresh with some new ones with better mindsets. From someone who works in customer service there is no reason to treat someone that way. Following up with corporate as well because this poor quality of customer service is beyond unacceptable."

She always welcomes the customers and she is very professional, helpful, knowledgeable and presents herself very well. You are lucky to have her as an employee, and she represents UPS very well in a world where this is rare. What a pleasurable experience. If I were an employer I would hire her in a split second."
