"I ordered a refrigerator and it was in the hands of xpo for a week then it set in their warehouse for another 2.5 days..when I picked it up I noticed that the box was not damaged at all..I actually said that out loud as I was looking at it with the customer service rep was there..This was the first time that I have received a package with no damage.. Awesome... Thank you God Bless"

"If I could give zero stars I would. I received part of an order over 6 months ago, and filed a claim for the items that XPO lost in transit. 2 months later I began inquiring about my claim, but was never able to contact anybody that could help me. I sent dozens of emails and left countless voicemails for the person in charge of my claim. I eventually received a check for about half of the total amount that was lost. I followed the directions to dispute the claim, and once again was unable to contact a single person that could help. After reaching out on facebook, I was finally able to talk to 2 people who were willing to help me, but 3 weeks later and they are also unable to contact anyone in the claims department...and they work for XPO! So as of right now, I am still trying to contact the claims department and am still out over $5,000 of product that they lost. Avoid shipping anything at all with XPO at all costs. In addition to this, about 90% of the shipments I get delivered by XPO are damaged. XPO is by far the WORST freight company I have ever dealt with, and the only worse experience I have ever encountered is with their claims/customer service. So congratulations XPO, you are officially the worst at everything."
