"Want to give 0 stars! Showed up super late after not returning my first phone call. Called again when they were late. Horrible customer service. Left without telling us and without doing any work! Called the apartment a biohazard because of a full litterbox! Rude, insulting, late, not dependable!"
"If I could give less than 1 star I would. Showed up late, then left without a word. Had to call to find out why. Office didn't know. Then called back with lame excuse. It was apparent one of the guys was just done and didn't want to do anything. Term "flakey as hell" applies very well."
"I hired Zipdog Moving Company to move my things from storage to my new home. They were very kind and professional. They had some computer issues that caused a delay in their arrival but Rob was very helpful in getting the movers to my storage unit. He even provided me with a discount due to the computer issues that caused their delay in arrival. I was very pleased with Nate and Mike. They were respectful, professional and quickly got to work loading my belongings for transport. I am very happy and grateful to Rob, Nate and Mike for making the transport and delivery of my things as easy as moving can be. They provide both local and long distance moving services. I will hire them again for all my moving needs, should I need transport of my belongings again in the future.
