"HORRIBLE!! Tried enrolling my son for lessons. I spoke with Suzie Collins, and she initially told me registration was one price. But sent me an invoice with higher fees! Inconsistent communication. She eventually sent me the Swim stages link. There was a promo on the site $15 per 30 min class. I inquired about her honoring it; she told me she'd find out because she needs to cover her fees for renting the pool. . WHY PROMOTE ON THE SITE!? She provided address AFTER our scheduled session. It was 40 mins away.. Suzie sent me through the run around. Only for me to get there & be told things completely different. WASTE OF TIME. She was never there!! & I guess since she was using someone else's pool I had to go by their fees? I understand she was out of surgery (which she expressed to me several times throughout our communication..) BUT she shouldn't have taken clients! or I don't know -maybe bring someone else to instruct these classes?! DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME GUYS. YOU'LL BE PAYING 5X THE PRICE AT THE FACILITY. AND YOU'LL BE AMBUSHED WITH THOSE COSTS."

"My 2 year old son Augustus has come a long way after about 12 lessons. He absolutely loves being in the pool. He’s able to retrieve his toys at the bottom of the pool at 4.5ft deep. He can climb in/out of the pool safely without assistance. Has no fear of jumping into the water or swimming to me. It’s been well worth the investment. He took lessons before, and after a couple months we weren’t any further ahead than when he started. He absolutely hated the instructor and even with me being in the pool (mommy/me classes) he still wasn’t able to grasp the instructors lessons. Suzy makes learning fun and enjoyable. He instantly catches on and even if it’s new and scary to him. With a little apprehension he still tries. Wish I had met her before...would have saved myself time, money, and stress. Highly recommend you coming and checking out for yourself. You won’t be disappointed!"

"This review is for Swimming Stages: 18714 Turnip St., Spring, Tx. 77379: I bought a Groupon for my 3 year old. The instructor (older lady) knew this was his FIRST class and would tell him to "swim" towards a platform in the water. My child kept swallowing water and begging for the lesson to stop. He is now afraid of swim classes. Please do NOT enroll your children here. The pool's shallow side is VERY small...you can see the section roped off in the picture. Lots of traffic in the water. Just a negative experience all around."
