"I shop at Jay almost weekly, on one particular day I purchased 2 bottles of wine in which one was placed in a paper bag and the the other in a shared plastic bag. When I grabbed the bag out of my car the wine slipped through a hole in the bag, broke and spilled in my garage. I instantly called jays to explain that my wine fell from a hole in their bag which should have been double bagged. The owner said I wasn’t there, then asked my car make and said I can come pick up a new bottle the following day. When I went to get my bottle the following day they refused to replace it. They’re greedy, totally bad for business. I will no longer buy from them"

"I wouldn't even give this place one star. Went to buy a Bai lemonade ice tea and shouldn't have to check the dates since the stores are required to. Get back to work and realize it was expired back in October 2018 and i bought it July 2019!!! Plus when you walk in the store it smells disgusting."
