"I bought a fish sandwich at this location. It was terrible. The cheese was hard like plastic. The bun was hard. Very bland. Don't waste your money. It was terrible. I've decided to give up jewel foodstore for lent."

"I usually go here at night, on the way home, but today I popped in on the way to work. Was overcharged and when the cashier told me the total and I was gobsmacked and asked "why so much?", the very rude woman said "I don't know, lady, I don't know what you bought." Oh, really. You just rang me up and you are making me go to customer service instead of checking it out yourself. Then I deal with the woman at customer service who was more sassy than rude. After a thorough "investigation" she determined that I was correct. I was there from 11:15 to 11:40 on Wednesday 01/17. Should have been a ten-minute visit. The lane I was in was, I think, #6, opened because of the abundance of customers. I must also say that the night crew is much more gracious and accommodating. Someone needs to adjust some attitudes. Disappointed to say the least."

"This Jewel is awesome. They always have great sales, clean store and the customer service is truley remarkable. I went in on "Veteran's Day" to buy all the staples I need for Thanksgiving and use their 15% coupon they offered. After everything was rung up I discovered it was only good on Saturday Veteran's Day and not the day Veteran's day was recognized as a day off. Instead of having to return all the stuff and come back the next day, the customer service person advised I just come back the next day with my receipt. Granted the store was super busy and neither of us really wanted to go through with returning a cart full of groceries. The next day the customer service gentleman did honor the coupon and credited me back the amount. Great job Jewel your customers really do appreciate the small things like this that keep us coming back every week."

"Jewel could care less that they’re absolutely poisoning people. This pile of water has been outside all summer in the hundred degree heat. I will file a complaint with the health department."

"Poorly run location. Produce never has fresh looking produce, and tables are never full. The deli department has some of the rudest clerks. They never look for customers, and you have to wait forever. Customer service is terrible, and there is only one line open every time I go. Check ALL your expiration date on perishable items and check your receipts for wrong prices. Complaints have been made to management, and when you complain to corporate, you NEVER hear back from them. What happened to customer satisfaction? Standards? Accountability?"
