"Wonderful place. My daughter Kai loved it here. Unfortunately, we had to pull out due to conflicting schedules and the opportunity to do therapy through school. I will always recommend this establishment for littles. They care so much. And it was just a wonderful experience. My daughter thrived here!"

"We’ve sent two of our children to H2Health and will continue to refer family and friends! We have absolutely loved all of our therapists and the staff. They have been so helpful in working with our schedules and will go above and beyond to help their patients."

"I have had the absolute worst experience here with the office manager Lori. At first she seemed very helpful but that’s where it ended. After asking for the referral to my doctors office to start speech therapy, they never received it, so I opted to send it to our other doctor, who also never received it. After a week, I asked her to email the referral to me, which after an hour I did not receive, I called again and she said, “she forgot to send it, it was still in her drafts”. Okay, no big deal. She repeated my email back to me and claimed she sent it. After another hour of not receiving it, I just went by and got the referral myself since I live out of town and was in town that day. I had scheduled a doctors appt to get the paperwork filled out so we could schedule an appointment. I got the paperwork filled out that same day and emailed it to her and called to make sure she received it. She said she did and we could schedule the appointment for an exam. So I did and asked if she could run my insurance, she said yes and it would take 3-5 days to get the benefits back. I said that’s fine since his appointment was 3 weeks away. I heard absolutely nothing back until the day of his appointment on May 25th. I went up to the office and asked if he still had an appt that day, to which she informed me it had been cancelled the week before and they sent out an automated message to inform me that it had been cancelled. So I said I never received it and she repeated back to me my phone number which was one number off. I told her, “Okay, did you get a chance to run the benefits?” To which she replied, “No, I didn’t have the card with me.” I have never had anyone be unable to run benefits without the card present. Again, I said, “okay” and gave her his insurance card to scan and scheduled an appt on 6/1/23 despite being tired of the lack of effort from the office staff. I was thankfully able to find another therapy place to take my son to and called to cancel the appointment on the 1st, after I told Lori that I was canceling she asked if I wanted to reschedule, to which I said, “No, not at this time” and she responded with, “Um, okay?” She called me on the 6th of June to follow up and ask if I’d like to get him scheduled for OT and ST and I told her we were taking my son somewhere else and that was it. I have now received a call from my doctors office to let me know that Lori is calling them trying to get ahold of me and that our referral runs out on Thursday. I have no idea why when 2 weeks ago I told her we would not be coming in anymore. This has been a horrible experience with H2 Health and we didn’t even go to an appointment. I would absolutely not recommend H2 Health and would give 0 stars if I could."

"The staff is very friendly. They set goals & work with your child to meet them in very fun ways. My son loves going here. You must have a doctor referral for appointment I believe."
