About the Business
Welcome to Poland's Mixed Martial Arts, located in Granbury, Texas! Our gym is dedicated to helping children become more confident, focused, and well-rounded individuals. Contrary to popular belief, we focus on more than just kicking and punching.
Children as young as 3 and 4 years old work on improving their coordination through activities like blocking, hopping, running, and rolling. As they grow older, children ages 5 and 6 focus on memory, teamwork, and other important skills.
For children ages 7 and up, our core martial arts program emphasizes self defense, technique mastery, discipline, and confidence building on their path to earning a blackbelt.
In addition to children's classes, we also offer jiu-jitsu classes for adults and women. This self defense system focuses on practical techniques, fitness, coordination, awareness, body control, and flexibility.
At Poland's Mixed Martial Arts, we believe that your child's activities should teach them valuable life skills. Join us and watch your child grow and develop in a positive and supportive environment.
