"Top class service over, however over the years the prices were went up just a little bit. Took me exact one hour from check in to check out for an oil change with appointment that was made in advance."
"I bought a new Accord Touring and made an appointment for the first 10,000 mile oil change and tire rotation. I showed up 15 min early and left the car, checked back in 2 hours and they said it wasn't started yet, they were going to lunch. I check back 1.5 hrs later and they were going to pull it around. The advisor did 15 min of paperwork, then tried to charge me $110, when service was scheduled as free. He took me to my car which was not pulled around, so I waited another 10 min. When I did get my car and pulled away, the maintenance reminder was not reset. The whole experience for a simple oil change, tire rotation and seatbelt check was extremely dissappointing and inconvenient!"
"My appointment was for 8:15 and I was driving home at 9:00 am. Everyone is super friendly and makes sure you're well taken care of. I love the waiting room because they serve Leaves & Beans coffee. The other bonus, I paid for oil changes and tire rotations up front so never caught short handed. Always a pleasant experience."
"I have always rated your service department as high as possible. This time was a little different. I was reviewing the inspection checklist and noticed that the tire tread depth for all four tires was the same. I immediately doubted that they had been checked accurately since one of the tires had to be replaced by your service department recently. Obviously, the tread depth on the new tire should have measured far better than the other three. It makes me wonder if I can trust the accuracy of the rest of the items checked. I still believe your service department is the best in the area."
