"Most likely won’t be back! I went in for a haircut today(my second time in this store) for my birthday and didn’t have much spare time so I booked an appoint online for 2:40 I get there at 2:35 ask if I booked online if I have to sign in and get told no and to just have a seat the hairdresser who I book with looked in the computer after she finish and even tho I have the appointment confirmation email it doesn’t show in the system and I would of had to wait until they finish people from the list even tho I booked hours ago. the first experience in the store was a great but they shouldn’t offer a service like online check in if it doesn’t work!"
