"I decided to come here because of the great reviews, but I don’t know what the hype is about because I had a terrible experience. Me and my partner came for a mani pedi combo. Nick did my nails and a younger petite woman did my partners. -The application was so clumpy and uneven. I let Nick know multiple times and he attempted to fix it, but at some point I stopped because I did not want to nag or be a “Karen” about it. Nick was very nice and patient me tho!! -The young woman did not do an amazing job on my partner and also scraped some skin off on his foot! -They will charge you for additional services without letting you know until you pay! So not only was I required to pay before my manicure was done, but they hovered over as I was ripping and I felt very pressured. I saw the price was not $96 and there was an extra charge (bc they had to remove my dip nails). Lisa (the owner I believe) started arguing with me when I said that they should let a customer know of any extra charges before or ask if I want to pay this service and continue with the manicure. I could have decided to not get my manicure here but I got no option to opt out. She got very heated and started speaking to her colleagues in another language until she finally took that fee off. I still tipped because even though my experience was terrible Nick and the young lady were very nice. This place is very unprofessional, the customer service is terrible, and the service work seems inexperience. UPDATE**: My nails started chipping so quick. I got regular polish, but they typically at least last a couple hours if not a couple of days before chipping."

"I had a great experience! I didn't have an appointment and just walked in, had to wait only 25 minutes. I had Lisa to assist me. She did an awesome job getting my hard gel nails done and also helped me to figure out the color I like (sometimes I'm very indicisive). She was careful and nice and she paid attention to details. She got my nails done under an hour and they are just perfect. I'm not from the area, but I will definitely recommend Lisa or get an appointment next time I travel here. Thank you so very much! You made my day!"

"Brian did my set and I absolutely love them! It was my first time there and I walked in right when they opened. No wait without an appointment but they did seem pretty booked throughout the rest of the day so would recommend making one! Price was 75 including the gel, design, and tip! Will update about how they last in a couple weeks Update: Brian does a great job but my go to tech has been Lisa! Lisa has done a great job on all of my sets and designs! These nails also LAST forever. I’m talking no lifting, chipping, etc for 4 weeks!"
