"I visited this shop for the first time today. I had a no chip pedi and a dip with design manicure. Dana did an amazing job with my nails. She also helped me with my colors. For the design, I showed them a reference. Emily did the designs for my nails and she was very good at it. I am now obsessed. I keep looking at my nails LOL. The place is really clean and things were nicely organized. It may look deceiving because it looks small from outside but when you go in, it is actually spacious. I will definitely come back to this place."

"Went two weeks ago, Dana did the best job on both my pedicure and dip manicure. Set appointment to come back for same services today WITH Dana... said as I checked in that I had a 1pm appointment with Dana.... and was given someone else who gave me the most painful pedicure. I was actually wincing in pain, asking her to be gentle... and no one seemed to care at all until I said I wasn't going to stay for the manicure because I was upset. No customer service. No apology. Leaving with a mediocre and very painful pedicure and my finger nails bare because they soaked off dip but then made no attempt to make anything right. Would never recommend the place now. Which is unfortunate because Dana did a great job last time. Find some place else if you expect any level of customer service or the manager doing anything but disappearing after I expressed my unhappiness."
