"One star for the being clean-looking and uncluttered. It was mid-morning on a weekday, shop was empty and one person was working. Zero stars for the stylist and haircut. My young son asked for a bang trim and barely anything taken off the back. He prefers his hair longer as he dislikes his ears. She kept asking me what I wanted even though it wasn't my haircut; Even worse, she cut about two inches off the back, when he specified not to. Didn't listen, didn't respect the request of the person getting the service, possibly made gender-based assumptions about what hairstyle a boy should have -- will absolutely never go back."
