"They pulled a bait and switch. Their website says is $23 for a boys haircut and they charged me $35. They didn’t tell me when I called to set the first time appointment that it would be more. When she told me the price at the end and I asked why it was more she said it was because the person who cut my 6 year old sons hair was an owner and the prices were more, but every other stylist was at the same lower rate. Why does a 6 year old need an experienced stylist? And why is the price jump from $23 to $35. This should have been disclosed when setting up the initial appointment. Would not recommend. This is not how you run a business."
"I've been going to Franca at Sebastian Nello for years now! My sister originally recommended her to me and I haven't been able to go to anyone else since! I usually get a haircut and balayage a couple times a year and Franca makes sure all my hair needs are met. I've always walked out of the salon thrilled with how my hair has turned out! She's wonderful at walking you through the steps she'll be taking and help make the right decision to make your hair look perfect! She's made sure my hair has been ready for so many of my life events (engagement photos, Bach party, vacations, and wedding) and I always know I'll look ready for the occasions. Don't hesitate to book a service with her!"
"I always pass by Sebastian Nello salon on my way home from work. I’m so glad I took the chance and booked an appointment. The salon is clean and modern. The staff are all so nice and friendly. Sam went above and beyond! She was so sweet and made me feel like family. I appreciated that she described what she was going to do with my hair and gave enough of her own input after taking into consideration my hair inspiration. I went with a balayage and haircut. The color turned out perfect and was seamless throughout! Sam did such an amazing job!! I will definitely will be going back. So glad I found my new hair place and stylist nearby."
"Absolutely love this salon! Everything is so clean and tidy, I been to many salons that have dust bunnies, run down equipment, chairs, tables etc but this place is well kept!! Rosella always cuts my hair and she does an absolute wonderful job!! She really understands how I like it and unlike the cookie cutter approach to styling, she is truly experienced and very talented!! I seldom give complements but she is very caring and you can tell she puts a lot of pride into her each cut."
